  16. Last fall, LA Fitness health-club co-owner Bryce Taylor surreptitiously
  17. took photographs of the estranged wife of Prince Charles while
  18. she was exercising and peddled them to the tabloid Daily Mirror.
  19. LA Fitness and the princess agreed to an out-of-court settlement
  20. of her subsequent lawsuit for an undisclosed sum that includes
  21. some of Diana's legal expenses, plus an apology. Meanwhile,
  22. actions against Taylor and the Mirror are continuing.
